Instructions for use:
Insert the snorkel into the mouthpiece, ensuring a secure connection. Then connect the mouthpiece to the other end of the snorkel. Next, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, pressing your lips firmly against it. Keeping your lips closed, inhale slowly (very slowly). Hold your breath for 3 seconds, then release the mouthpiece. Then exhale slowly. Inhale and repeat the above steps. Your goal is to blow the ball as high as possible. Initially, you may only be able to blow the ball a short distance. However, with practice, you will be able to inhale more air.
If you feel dizzy, stop exercising and rest.
