Today, with the Intelligent Blood Collection Management System, blood collection tasks have become significantly more streamlined, efficient, and accurate.

System Overview:
This intelligent blood collection management system comprises four subsystems: a queue management and call system, an automated tube labeling system, an automated tube transport system, and an automated tube sorting system. These subsystems can operate independently or in combination. The system is primarily deployed in hospital outpatient departments, health screening centers, and other settings requiring large-scale blood sample collection.
 
System Advantages:
1. The intelligent blood collection management system comprises four subsystems, all featuring modular designs that can be combined or operated independently.
2. The blood collection workstations are equipped with independent automated tube labeling devices. These devices operate in parallel without interference and can be scaled according to actual requirements.
3. Tube sorting capacity: 3,100 samples per hour, capable of sorting over 16 distinct categories.
4. Multiple labeling devices can operate simultaneously, each processing samples at high speed (≤4 seconds per sample), fully meeting hospitals' blood collection demands during peak periods.
5. Test tubes can be added to the labeling equipment at any time without interrupting production.
 
System Flow:
1) Patients swipe their cards at the queueing device to obtain a queue number.
2) Patients proceed to the blood collection waiting area and wait for their number to be called.
3) The phlebotomy nurse calls the patient to the blood collection window for blood draw.
4) This automated tube labeling system handles tube selection, label printing and application, and tube removal, while the phlebotomist performs the actual blood collection.
5) The phlebotomist places the tubes used for blood collection onto a conveyor belt to be transported into the tube sorting system.
6) This tube sorting system categorizes tubes by scanning the barcodes on them.

Automatic Test Tube Labeling System

This automated test tube labeling system is a patented product developed by Favor Science & Technology with independent intellectual property rights. It is an integrated device combining high efficiency, zero-error precision, standardized labeling, and intelligent management functions. The system is installed at the blood collection window: During patient blood collection, the system verifies patient identity via card swiping. Upon successful verification, it automatically prepares all required test tubes for the nurse and completes the labeling process.

9. Automatic edge searching ensures the prefabricated blood drawing scale is not covered by the tube labeling, realizing visualization of the blood window;
